Voltage Monitors
TRC manufactures a line of bulkhead mounted 60-400Hz Available Load, Voltage and Voltage & Frequency Monitors for use on Navy vessels. Shipboard monitors are available in either 1 phase or 3 phase, 115 or 440VAC and in 60 or 400Hz. Each model is enclosed in a natural draft, stainless steel, drip-proof, bulkhead mount configuration. Normally open under load, monitors are designed to trip the power circuit breaker shunt trip coil when load is less than 1 ½ amps, while continuously sensing load. TRC's ALM, VM and VFM's are designed, manufactured and tested to meet Mil-M-24347A, Mil-S-901 Navy High Shock, Mil-Std-167 Vibration, Mil-Std-740 Noise, and Mil-STD-462 EMI requirements. TRC monitors are used on all U.S. Navy surface ships including CVN, CGN, LPD, LHD and DDG class.
