TRC’s Shock Shield product line is extensive and includes Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCI) protected cord sets with the GFCI built into the cord (in-line), or located in the male power supply plug itself (right angle).  Both of these configurations may be ordered in lengths up to 200 feet.  The same units are also offered with or without load side receptacles for use with OEM equipment applications.  TRC’s user attachable units are ideal for easy attachment to existing equipment cords that do not have GFCI protection.

Appliance Leakage Current Interrupters (ALCI) are available for OEM applications on portable appliances with customer specified cordage.

The Portable Residual Current Device (PRCD) is a device intended to protect people from electrical shock by interrupting the electrical circuit to a load when a fault current exceeds its rated trip level.  PRCD’s are designed for use in International applications.  TRC offers a broad line of residual current/ground fault devices compliant with IEC and NEMA standards, depending upon your country of use.  These include PRCD in-line and plug head user attachables, GFCI user attachables and plug and socket attached products. IEC Products and CE certified PRCD’s are available in 120V to 230V versions with 6-30mA trip levels.
